Maha vahiyat ghatiya hotel and service. Don't consider any hotels nearby this area. We experienced bedbugs, dirty toilets in 3 rooms and all were smelly.

I would like to give 0 rating for this hotel. The room was fine for that budget and everything was adjustable. But that night was still like a nightmare for me. I got a terrible beg bug bite on my eyes and the whole eyes was swollen for next 3 days with unbearable itching and pain. The whole body was having beg bug bite but my eye's condition became extremely bad .. the next day morning , we immediately went for a checkout due to this issue and we informed the same to team and they saw my condition as well but I was extremely shocked by their rude and un-empathetic behaviour and they directly said that they don't care. This was one of the most disastrous incident in my life and I understand the budget might be ok but it's my humble suggestion to everyone out there that your health is more than anything else and even if your budget is increasing some few hundreds, there are so many other good hotels nearby itself.... Please think twice before you checkin to this hotel and even if you are checking in, please use some eye band so that atleast your eyes will be safe from bed bug bite as eyes are more sensitive. Also you can see chunks of blood traces on the bedsheet.. it's nothing but your own bed getting sucked out by the beg bugs..... Be careful everyone...

I am writing to express my strong disappointment regarding my recent hotel booking made through your platform under the GoStays category. The experience was far below expectations and entirely unacceptable for a service that was advertised as “premium.” Despite booking premium room, we were allotted classic rooms, which lacked the promised amenities and comfort. This misrepresentation itself is unacceptable. Additionally, although the booking included dinner, there was no provision for dinner at the hotel itself. Shockingly, we were directed to a different hotel for dinner, where we were made to wait for over 1.5 hours, only to be served substandard and pathetic food. The problems didn’t end there: Running water from the AC units flooded parts of the room. The kettle was smelly and unhygienic. There was no functional room service phone. Staff behavior was unprofessional and uncooperative. This was not only extremely inconvenient but also a frustrating and unpleasant experience that ruined our trip. I had trusted Goibibo and GoStays to ensure quality and comfort, but this stay was far from it. Whosoever is reading this. Please don't waste money book some decent stay. I booked 3 rooms including dinner and breakfast unfortunately all wasted.

There were cockroaches under the beds, people, many cockroaches. I changed rooms twice, and both rooms had them. The towels were super bad, too. They were dirty and left lint all over my body. I had to shower again. I had stayed for four nights, but they still gave me only two 500 ml water bottles to drink. They said there are extra charges for more bottles. Plus, the water from these bottles tasted weird. They gave RO water for free if you have a bottle. The linen was mostly clean, but a few sheets were slightly yellow with a few holes. The AC worked, but leaked a lot of water. They said it was serviced and won’t leak water, but it still leaked a lot. The rooms didn't have dustbins, and trash bags were conveniently kept outside, causing insects to enter. The bathroom had hot water, fortunately. Also had two soaps and two shampoo satchets. The soap was terrible to use; it didn't clean anything. You are better off bringing your own towels and toiletries. The toilets were clean and worked well. The shower was operational too. They took me to a neighboring hotel for breakfast, a minute walk away. The breakfast was surprisingly good. Eggs, sandwiches, parathas, bhature, and bananas were served daily, with one additional dish, like poha or rice, changed daily. The stay would have been decent for the price if there were no cockroaches. The staff was super friendly and quite helpful. But unfortunately, they couldn't help me with the cockroaches. They said some cockroach pesticides were being applied to the walls, but that didn't work for me; I still had many encounters with them. The staff also offered to change my room a few times because of the insects, but all the rooms seemed to have them. Overall, it is a 1/5, which could rise to 4/5 if they remove the cockroaches, or you don't mind them. But you should, they are nasty creatures that spread diseases lol. Also, the surrounding neighborhood was shady and unclean, but the hotel is quite close to the airport. My package included pickup/drop-off at the airport, which I obviously did not get.

I stayed at room 302 but the room window didn't closed properly and traffic sound was too noisy and I don't have AC access they ON AC I don't know outside of my room and next day they closed without taking my permission. Service staff regularly buzzing door for stupidity reason.
