My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The room did not match the photos online, and several facilities were not in good condition. The bedding was uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep well. The air conditioning was not working properly, and the food quality could be improved. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations.

If you are thinking of booking this hotel based on the positive reviews and room photos then DO NOT DO SO. The photos DOES NOT match the rooms. It is a 2.5 star hotel at best with a very slow service and quite bad rooms. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is due to the service staff and a good restaurant.

The worst hotel I have ever experienced given the price I paid. The front desk is clueless, rude and indifferent to your requests. It looks like they have gotten some random guys from their colony for the job. The rooms were pathetic, smelling from seepage. I requested for the change of the room but they kept ignoring my request. First they told that they are preparing the room, then they said the front desk guy has gone for the lunch (can you believe it!!!) and when I personally went to the front desk, they just rudely ignored me. The place gave me shady feeling from the beginning but I hoped that atleast the rooms would be good but obviously I was wrong. I strongly recommend against this property.

I had a very bad experience of staying in this hotel, pathetic room, filthy bathroom, rude staff. I booked this hotel through agoda because it had good ratings but i would like to request them to delist this asap. I reached this place 1hr late to my check in time, still the receptionist made me wait for half an hour because the room wasn't ready and when i saw the room it was like a store was turned into a room. Broken furniture, non functional TV, burned kettle. How could this hotel be marked as 3 star. Seriously this place is not recommended at all !!

This is worst place to stay Checkin - I was booked for premium room but they tried to give me standard room. They handed over me the keys of the room which was in departure state. Then they again gave me the standard dirty room When i reached reception again then they gave me better room Room - the photos they are showing here are no even near about the room condition they have in actual. Door not getting locked with metallic keys, Water was charged to me more than MRP Breakfast was rubbish - no options all cold During checkout they was shamelessly asking for the stay experiences Reception staff is very unprofessional including that girl
