Bag2Bag will retain your Personal Information on its servers for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes listed in this policy. In some circumstances we may retain your Personal Information for longer periods of time, for instance where we are required to do so in accordance with any legal, regulatory, tax or accounting requirements.
At Bag2Bag, we value our users’ trust and are committed to protecting their data and privacy. This policy outlines what happens when a user requests permanent deletion of their Bag2Bag account.
1. Data and Account Deletion
Upon confirmation of account deletion, the following actions will be carried out:
Credit Points: All accumulated credit points will be permanently reset to zero (0).
Booking History: All past and upcoming bookings associated with the account will be deleted and will not be recoverable.
Membership: Any active Bag2Bag membership (including associated benefits like free cancellation, priority support, etc.) will be revoked and removed.
11th Free Stay Offer: Progress towards the 11th Free Stay will be reset, and all counted stays will be erased.
Loyalty Program: Any data or rewards associated with the Loyalty Program (including level, perks, and history) will be removed.
2. Data Retention for Legal Purposes
While user account data is deleted, certain information such as invoices, payment records, or transaction logs may be retained for legal, tax, audit, or regulatory compliance, in accordance with applicable laws.
3. Pending Bookings or Dues
Account deletion can only proceed if:
There are no active or upcoming bookings
There are no pending refunds or unresolved financial transactions
4. Processing Timeline
Account deletion requests may take up to 7 working days to be fully processed.
Users will be notified once the deletion process is completed.
5. How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your account, you may:
Use the in-app "Delete My Account" feature (if available), or

6. Consent and Irreversibility
By submitting a deletion request, the user:
Confirms their intent to permanently delete their account and all associated data.
Acknowledges that this action is irreversible, and no benefits, credits, or booking history can be recovered
