Pleasant stay, Stayed there for 4 days rooms were clean. Recommend for families. Ask for 2nd and 3rd floor rooms as they are new

It is the best stay when you want to take a hotel near airport (very convenient). Even the best malls and aerocity is nearly for a great outing experience.

I booked a room at Hotel De Clark in Delhi through a third-party website as usual and paid the full price in advance. When I contacted the hotel to make sure they had noted my booking, the staff member told me I had to pay almost double the amount for the room I had already booked and paid for. He then tried to upsell me to an even more expensive room, and said that if I didn’t want to pay extra, he would move me to another “nearby hotel.” This is completely unacceptable. It feels like a money scam, and no traveler, especially a solo woman in Delhi, should have to deal with this kind of behavior from people who take advantage of foreigners or tired travelers to bypass the terms outlined in and secured through third-party booking platforms ( booking, agoda, cleartrips..) . Very unprofessional and dishonest. I do not recommend this hotel.
