Property Rules

1. The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the hotel. There will be No refund if cancelled any time before check-in time as this proeprty does not allow cancellation of booking after the booking is made. Booking once made there will be no modification allowed for the check-in dat or check-in time. Also, There Will be No refund in case of no-show. This property allows checkin only at or after 10 AM IST and checkout before 5 PM IST on the same day. Every extra hour utilized post 5 pm will be charged at 25% of the booking value per hour subject to room availability where customer would need to check with the hotel directly if extension of booking is possible after 5:00 PM with Bag2Bag having no role either in the extension of booking or charges incurred by the hotel.

2. Early Check in or Late check out is subject to availability at the hotel.

3. It is mandatory for guests to present TWO (2) valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to Haryana Government Authority Instructions, TWO (2) valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport (Pan is not accepted as valid ID). Without Original copy of valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in.

4. Stay of 1 child up to 5 years of age is complementary without the use of extra mattress.

5. Breakfast charges may be applicable for the child.

6. Extra mattress is provided for triple occupancy bookings.

7. Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.

8. Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to take action against the guest.

9. Certain destinations may have different policies for specific times during the year.

10. Guests shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear to Hotel asset. Guest shall keep the Hotel room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness.

-> Experienced one of the worst stays at this Lemon Tree Hotel. Rooms were not properly cleaned, indicating poor hygiene standards. -> Room infested with mosquitoes, making it uncomfortable. WiFi was non-functional, and the reception's response was unhelpful. -> Receptionist claimed inability to address WiFi issues due to limited IT team availability only in the morning. -> Limited Breakfast options.

Very nice experience with my stay. Big rooms and well maintained. The staff is very polite and friendly. Great breakfast options as well. Close by from cyber hub which makes it a perfect stay option for business travellers.

Rooms are very very small, instead of beds they have made permanent brick structures on which mattresses have been put. Not seen such kind of cost cutting in any hotel. Rooms are good for individuals only, not family. Service and food is good. Location, entrance, parking are very poor.

Truth: rooms are very very very very small. But good for someone who just goes there to sleep and exit morning for work. Even to do some work in between. I like: it has everything but small. Enough for me. Location is solid. My office was close by. Amenities in the hotel are there to the basic extent. For the price. This is the best you can get in Gurgaon. I've been lodging in Gurgaon over last 10 years. I didn't like: I feel bad for many who come thinking of Lemon Tree the name and imagining it to be big room.
