First you get suprised by getting such a good deal of a room in a four-star hotel at a very low price. But the scam happens when you reach the hotel, the guy will check your booking and say, " sorry sir right now there are no rooms available, we are shifting you to a nearby hotel. And when you go there believing that it will be somewhat same, you are surprised. The new room is totally a Oyo type room where sometimes the ac is damaged, sometimes there is a problem with mattress and what not. I think that it is a SCAM!!! to attract costumers by showing low price and then sifting them to a poor hotel.

Firstly they take the bookings and when you reach the hotel, they will send you to another hotel of poor ratings by saying they don't have any room available and the other hotel is very good compared to their hotel. Avoid booking here. The management is also very poor and the receiptionst will blame you regarding the non-availability by saying you should have called us. It was a pathetic experience and the worst experience I have ever experienced.

Most of the reviews are fake. The hotel is in horribble conditions. Bugs everywhere. There were hair all over our room. Cleaning was never done here I guess. Staff very rude. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I wish i could rate it in minus. I booked Hotel Smart Signature near airport, but when i reached, i was told the hotel was under construction and will be shifted to another property. When i checked in, i was told the property doesn’t exist anymore and i have to pay 80% more + the price. After a lot of nonsensical conversations and absolutely unprofessional behaviour, i was given a room which smelled of rotten animals and dirtiest bedsheets with bed bugs and i got allergic reactions. Absolute scam and unprofessional treatment. Dirty area and dirty rooms.

- I booked 'Hotel Krone Delhi' but I ended up here😵‍💫 - a little bit confuse. I've tried to get that this hotel was under the same owner, but I felt like I've been tricked. - the property was super old and not clean. - I've tried to sleep but some people from next room were noisy all night. - one good thing was the staff at the front desk. He's helpful.
