Rooms are very neat and spacious, hotel staff is very polite. Food is also amazing. Best in budget choice with prime location in south Delhi.❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹

While the location and vicinity is good but the service/ hotel management need to improve significantly. Asking me to change my room one hour after checking in (because of a silly goof-up at their end) and then later serving a biryani with a big fly/ bee in it.... examples of their service blunders. Rooms are neat and tidy for the price one is paying and also the hotel ambience seem fine too.

Located at main road, I have been to this hotel twice. My room got upgraded last time and I have assigned room 401 (suite room). No doubt the room is quite big if compared to other rooms but the room needs improvement. The room was not cleaned properly, water bottles used by previous guest in that room was not removed, most of the part of bathtub is broken and needs to be replaced. Food plates of the previous guest was just outside the room which no one cares to pickup.

3 star and lives upto it. Dont expect more. Breakfast is good. Restaurant staff is very nice. Rooms are spacious, could have been kept more clean with better quality linen. Bathrooms are average. Overall a good experience, but the price is slightly high. A little more could fetch you a 5 star property. Communication is a problem.
