Its not possible to give a zero star else i would have rated this to a zero. Its better to stay at a lounge then to this hotel. When you keep on asking for service either they don't provide it or they will keep a huge delay in the service. If you ask for a water bottel they will give it to you only when you will call them for like 5 times on phone. I remembered , I ordered for a masala tea and they served it after an hour but that too not the masala tea.

Opted for early check-in. Spoke to the manager in charge for a fees of 300 extra. On reaching the premises early morning, the attendant straight away asked for 500, he didn't even bother to check with the previous attendant. Had to book another hotel. Terrible customer service.

good rooms. location is a little shaby. worst receptionist as he was telling to pay gst on top os the online booking amount done through goibibo. We had to call goibibo customer care and the customer care assistant convinced him nkt to collect gst and it took us 30 minutes in the lobby to check in. Location very near to t3 terminal. It will take only 20 minutes to reach terminal.

dont go this place anup here dont follow policy of oyo and even said that do whatever you want. hotel service is worst and even food also anup here dont know how to talk witjh customer.even also said abuse word.anup here also said give id of any body i will give u room in just 999.oyo also have to take action against these.

I had booked this hotel on Make my trip before heading to Delhi... It's very close to the airport ... The hotel manager disowned the bookings make through the make my trip and we had to pay 1000rs more to stay in same hotel as we arrived there late so we didn't had any choice.... No nice hotel in that area except this one... Be more cautious before booking this hotel in any of the holiday apps.... I had called this hotel after the bookings made but later as we reached there he didn't entertain us... Make my trip refunded my money but we were harassed for more than an hour in the lobby
