The room was in good condition except it was dirty. They don't pick calls. Room service was very bad. The food arrived 2 hours after ordering. I called them several times to clean the room but no response. The first room allotted to us was in a very bad condition. Ac was not working. The lick wasn't working. The toilet seat was leaking. The landline was not working. They give a number to call but won't pick.

Very bad hotel services to very bad. No fan toilet water no TV remote, bad behaviour room boys.I am not going next time.

Very bad experience Bathrooms are not working No phone in the room Reception phone not working While they have food all time, quality is very poor and not worth the money They don’t provide towels Bed sheets not clean Very smelling rooms AC not working and the one working are making noise Fans too making noise Very clumsy feeling Corridors are smelling bad The person at reception is so bad with his reaction I would not recommend anyone staying there

One of the worst hotels... there is no proper service, no elevator in service, and no proper water. The washroom is unhygienic and the hospitality management lacks experience.

Worst kind of service. Asked for a bottle of water at 8:30 pm on 16th July, 2023. Didn't get any. Asked for repair of TV as it was not working, but no response. Arrived late in evening and had early morning flight from T3 so didn't matter much for me. But the service is worst.
