Very neat and clean. Complimentary breakfast was amazing. It was like home made food. The staff is very humble and polite. Perfect place for the people who are going for visa appointment. Just 10 minutes pleasant walk to US Embassy. Mr. Lokesh was very helpful . He advised me not to carry mobile etc. for US visa appointment as there will be no counter to deposit the things. I safely left my valuables in the room and the key with Mr. Lokesh as the key was also not allowed there in US Embassy visa centre. Such a safe, nice, home like place to stay.

Salt Stayz is very excellent location to stay for any embassy related work. It's neat and clean. Very cooperative staff. Food is also very good.

Very helpful staff - Lokesh is one such person. Great rooms! I would highly recommend this place for those who are going for visas since the embassies are at walkable distance. Another plus point - you have 4 to 5 restaurants around Saltstayz.

The uttermost problem with the hotal is that It has no lift and you have to use stairs, which is very hard for persons aged above 70. Hotel hasn't mentioned it anywhere, which is not fare. Second problem with my room number 103, was that the lock of bathroom wasn't working properly and space for bathing was barely 3 sq feet with only hand shower. It was almost a fight to take bath there. Charges for one night was Rs 8400 and only breakfast was included, and this is, when I booked the room 2 months ago. They are charging this type of unfare amount just for the location for usa embassy. Check out time is 11 AM, which is again against the normal range of 12 or 12.30 AM. Hotel staff is minimal as they don't have restaurant and they are supportive. That's the only good thing. Room is fine with good cooling and TV facility except washroom, which I mentioned earlier. If I conclude then this Hotel is good for persons who can use stairs and go to a restaurant for meals but still it doesn't justify it's price.

The hotel is nice and excellent as per location if you are visiting for any embassy related work especially US embassy which is at walking distance. The while Staff is very nice and cooperative. Just the price feels little bit on the higher end but that’s only because due its prime location.
