Worst hotel ever. PLEASE DONT STAY HERE. Rooms were dirty, washrooms stinked liked they had never been cleaned ever. There were no signs of where the hotel is, we had to call around 7-8 times before they even opened the door, even though we informed ahead of time that we were arriving around 4 am. Sheets were dirty and had oil stains on them. We paid ahead for breakfast along with reservation and the hotel staff kept on calling us after saying we left without paying. Food was served half cooked and tea had too much sugar in it and it tasted like poision. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DONT STAY WITH THOSE CROOKS.

Unclean, sheets not washed with lipstick and what appeared to be blood on the sheets. The rooms smelled like a toilet on a hot afternoon. It advertises complementary breakfast, however, the manager called us multiple (10-15) times the next day to say that we owed them more money for breakfast, even though no bill was presented when we left. The breakfast itself was worth 100 rupees maybe and they were willing to harass guests over it becausee of their own negligence. As you could imagine the service was also poor. It seems that many of the 4-5 star ratings are fake. Many verified people have complained of a poor experience and I should have looked at that closer prior to booking.

Nice rooms with proper amenities in a odd location. Service is good and rooms are clean but TV lacks the subscription of most basic channels.

Poorest service ever....ac tv not working...room smells bad...dirty bedsheets... uncooperative staff... didn't get booked room

The receptionist was completely intolerable, oyo was showing 714rs per night for the room.. but he was asking 1200rs per night. He did not even accepted my booking from oyo
