Went there with a OYO booking and they straight away refused to give me room on the basis of app booking stating that they don't accept app bookings and my OYO booking is not valid (In app the amount shown was 1K) then they demanded 1.5K if I anyways want to stay on offline booking and 2.8K for late check-out.
(I stayed nevertheless, I am not local to Delhi, I was tired and it was late at night so had no other option)
But when I checked out from the hotel the next day and checked my OYO app there it was showing that the stay was completed (they updated online booking from their end and marked it as checked out with a bill amount of 1K but to me they said that the online booking was not valid and took more money)
Apart from this there were hair strands on the bed & blanket, cigarette butts and empty alcohol bottles under the bed, dirty toilet seat, rusted water taps, damaged walls, no soap, no AC remote and the list goes on.
This hotel is a fraud don't stay here.

If you book this hotel via OYO then you have to follow all the rules like check in and check out time strictly means you can't come early before check in and you have to leave the hotel sharp 11 am. rooms were nice but the people are not. their behavior are not so appropriate.

I had already paid throw oyo application, when i reached hotel receptionist asking for more money.
They are doing fraud.
I don't know why Oyo team is not doing anything maybe oyo also involved in this fraud.

Worst experience i had ever had . They charge me 20rs for 2 pieces of plastic disposable glass..mid night they came to ask me for money for 2 pieces of glass.
Can you tell me if someone is staying in a hotel for 3 days why they ring a bell at midnight and ask for money is the ethics of hospitality...
They pretend to be good and reputed but nobody knows the hospitality ethics
Please teach some hospitality culture

I will not prefer to go there next time,There was not any single towel available & also there drinking water was also not available,
I have purchased 1 lt water bottle in 30Rs from hotel, Completely service was disgusting.
Property is sold out on the selected dates.
