If it have option to rate minus star then I will be give them. Very very wrost support from Oyo. I was booked order also I paid full money shown as on app screen. After paid I reach at hotel but they asking more 750inr amount. Again I have to pay 800 extra amount for fresh new booking then we stayed there. 2 time I call Oyo customer support for refund request but they didn't responded well. Oyo is froud don't vaste money

Manager was so rude even they didn't take effort to watch customer. He denied check in even after I had paid to OYO. Completely horrible hotel. Not at all recommended. .... If google has minus rating, i would have given minus 5.

Staff behaviour was not good. When i reached hotel they snatched my phone and post good review and 10 rating to their hotel from my account. i booked family room for 4 people but they provided very dirty double bed room stated that they will provide family room at 12 pm. But around 1 pm they said sorry we provided your room to other room because they will stay till 5pm.So we will provide you this room in evening. Seriously it was very vad experience as we manage in dirty room till evening.Apart from that bathroom was very dirty and Ac is working but it was damged. One wall was damged. When we shifted to family room then saw that they didn't changed the bedsheet and pillow cover as it was dirty and few girls hair was on bed. I asked them to change then they change it.

this was the worst hotel i ever seen in my life.. don't go for it..all staff specially manager was only appoint to charged you so much money..
room was very dirty.. i stayed on 8 December 2022..

Absolutely horrible experience.
The hotel is falling apart, the bathrooms are not clean and everything is falling apart in the hotel. The door locks don't work and the worst part is that they don't even change the linen and blankets when another guest arrives.
I was shocked to see that the staff just swept the floor of the room and reused the bedding and blankets before giving it to the new guests.
The bathrooms are yet another disappointment, the water is yellow and salty, toilets are not working properly and literally nothing works properly there. The beds have bugs, the walls are not properly maintained and the staff are horribly behaved , they are arrogent and doesn't want to give proper hygienic services.
If anyone is planning stay here, do ask them to show the rooms first before paying and then decide.
