Very nice hotel just be careful ad there is alot of traffic in the area

Not a good host. Finding this hotel is big headache. No proper sinage In app "Saver Rooms means bathroom will be outside". Receptionist was not helpful at all. Small Rooms They need to work on their service . Overall experience was below the average . Not recommended at all

I found receptionist very unfriendly and unprofessional. I asked him for early check-in but he refused even thought room was available. Be careful while booking because 'saver room' means bathroom will be outside the room. There will be lots of noise in night time because the servicing people are shouting or using mobile. Foods are highly priced inside. Can't recommend at all. They need to improve there service quality and have to be professional.

My parents who are senior citizens were denied a room despite having a confirmed. The inhuman people treated my parents very badly, they punctured their scooter. They were not bothered when we told them that we will call police if you don't give us the room.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. I made online booking and had payment confirmation however when I reached at the property to check in, the reception people denied to give room and said we wont return the money also. I was with my kids and parents. The hotel people misbehaved with my parents and threatened us. They also mentioned that they dont care whoever we escalate to.
