Hotel is very nice. Staff are also nice. Issue is they charge more 70rs bisleri bottle cost 150 if you take it from them. Better to buy from outside. Room was nice jet spray was not working in the bathroom. Bathroom was not clean

Very bad rooms quality. Too many hairs on the bed. Don't think they clean the bedsheet after checking out of previous booking. Only the best thing is near to New Delhi Railway station.

Worst Management! Never Book this place online offline both. The Staff is abusive and doesn't give what is promised and paid for. I booked an AC room via Agoda and they gave me non-AC saying it's Agoda's problem and not ours. Never book them via any online platform. They should be banned from all platforms. Abusive behaviour of the owner itself. He is verbally abusing customers. Rooms are dirty, smelly and the bedrolls are not cleaned and when asked for the staff is unresponsive and abusive. The stay was almost okay...But only for a day or two...if you're planning to stay for a longer time, look for some other alternatives nearby...Most of the things in the room were not in working state.... The latch on the door didn't had a hole for it to close however, the door could be bolted from inside with the lock.... The TV just turned on but it wasn't working... The tap in the washroom needed maintenance, it's loose.. The room and the bathroom were clean though and the staff was readily available for any service requirements.

The location is accesible by most vehicles. Its near the Railway Station as well. Regarding the room, the room service and the sanitation could improve. Too much time taken when asked for simple things.
