Ok for a short and economical stay which is close to the NDLS New Delhi Railway station. Staff are very good and highly helpful. Rooms could be maintained much better.

Such a worst hotel. Bathrooms are disgusting and utterly stinky. They say AC rooms, but they switch off the AC. Flush won't work. there is always lift problem with maintenance. Honest advice never go to this hotel.

I am writing this review for the sake of only humanity nothing else. It was a extremely pathetic experience at this hotel... We had booked a hotel from MMT and we have received confirmation about Shivan international hotel. As we reached at Shivam international hotel the hotel manager asked to shift our luggage to Hotel Seven Seas Inn which was at 5 min walking distance. After reaching the hotel we had very bad experience of night manager and services like broken tap,hand flush, plenty of mosquitos without an electric allout machine... There was only hot water in the tap that too very hot that one can not take bath,no exhaust fan in the washroom... We are going to consumer court regarding this fraud and bad experience at these hotels...

Rooms are dirty, behaviour of hotel manager is very rude. Don't have hot water facility although I was told it was there when asked about the same they told me to they will provide water heater which also I didn't get. I asked them for refund of money which also they didn't give. Very unhappy with the experience. I wouldn't recommend anyone. TV is also not working, otherwise this place is nearby the Delhi railway station in Paharganj. It is little inside from the road. Very crowded place but has good communication option, 5 mins of walk and one can go anywhere.
