I stayed at the Ivory Palace for 2 days on a business trip. The beautifull and peacefull a relief to come home to after a long day of work. The friendliness and very service minded staff did their very best to make our relatively long stay remarkable good.

Staff behaviour is absolutely worst.even if u book online through oyo or goibigo they will charge extra for rooms.the food quality they provided in the room were also not satisfactory. And if the owner of this hotel is reading this comment please change your manager as he doesn't know how to talk to coustomers

Some of the Staff were good. Rest need training on grooming and customer handling. Property need serious attention on infrastructure and renovation. AC was not working, bathroom fittings were absolutely out of shape. Overall it's an avg place to stay specifically when you are with family.

Easily the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It cost about 1200 rupees to stay in a terrible smelling room with uncleaned sheets. Imagine white sheets with strong brown and yellow stains, coated in hair and crumbs. The pillows were no better and didn’t even have a cover. I have to admit that I was tricked into staying here. It was my first day in India and I trusted the advice of some people whom I shouldn’t have. They took me here and due to the fact that I had not slept the night before and was therefore, willing to spend far too much for a hotel. This place exists to scam tourists out of an absurd amount of money. Whatever you do: AVOID THIS PLACE!

Really unkind staff. When we arrived we had no voucher for the hotel becouse of a problem with our travel agency and the boss replied in a very unpolite way without trying to suggest a solution that we had to find. Nice hall but rooms not so cleaned. We won't come back again in this hotel!
