Rooms are not great, smell of dampness. Toilets are not too clean as well. No toilet paper, no juices or drinks to welcome guests. No food available for breakfast. Had to eat from the local Halwai and tea from the street side chai wala. For all this the cost of one room per night is quite high as well. Wouldn't recommend it at all.

Worst ever hotel I had ever booked. Owner was very unprofessional. On oyo application I booked the hotel at 616 INR. But when i reached hotel he asked me to pay offline and pay 900 INR otherwise he will not give me any room was traveling with family so I paid the amount as per him. Now let me tell you about room. It's was very smelly. There was no towel or soap or water bottle provided by them TV was not working. Guys frankly telling you I was traveling with family that's the reason I didn't change the hotel. My suggestion for all you if you book a room in any Dharamshala that will be much better then their rooms. Owner was behaving like an idiot and he don't know how to run a business.

Arrived at midnight after long drive. The staff at reception was extremely unwelcoming and grumpy for unknown reasons. It took him 15mins to find a carbon paper to fill in details. The room was dirty and bathroom was like public toilet with water leaking everywhere. Only one small blanket was provided. There was no pillow and it took another 30min for reception guy to bring it in. The room looked shady with a stair right in front from where anyone can see inside your room. ZERO privacy. Curtains are see through. The only good thing is that it's close to Taj Mahal. In the morning he was consistently giving missed calls on landline and playing loud, irrelevant music as other ppl were looking for room. I had to literally go to reception guy and warn him. His response was that remove the receiver. Overall a horrible experience. See images for reference.

This place is really pathetic.. The staff makes fool of people,they all are unprofessional and they charge unfair charges to customers... They don't disclose the hidden charges at the time of check out they do and the staff really untrained, rooms are really very dirty and damped.. Food is not good.. Stale and tasteless..
