Location is good, but they provide the same breakfast everyday, if you are coming then u can stay for a day but not for a long time. At night also they do work and if someone close the door you will hear your door is banging. But the people are good. I loved their behaviour.

I have my worst experience over here... The washroom smells very bad.. the room is not clean at all... Bedsheet were very dirty... Please don't go for it guyz... There have very bad and poor service as well...

Misleading photos and incorrect amenities written on the fabhotel app, No towels, toiletries or tv channels available. On asking about toiletries, the hotel staff responded by saying that we do not provide anything. The room and bed sheets were super dirty and there were cigarette holes in the bed sheet and alcohol bottles in the cupboard. The hotel staff was very non cooperative and said that this is not dirty, this is how all rooms in this hotel are. Apart from this, they cancelled the reservation on the app by saving I never arrived at the hotel. I couldn't change the hotel due to the time crunch and I already paid the reservation amount on the app so, had to stay there but I strongly condemn this place and advise everyone to not visit or you will regret it just like I did.

The room was completely different from the pictures. It was shabby, the pillow covers, bed sheets, quilts were torn and dirty. We required some basic spoons, glasses and plates for 2 people, but even these couldn't be provided. Check-in: Was not smooth at all. Had to wait more than an hour for the rooms to be available even though I had made a prior booking.

Terrible experience. Don't judge from the photos, it is horrible place. 1. Dirty and smelly rooms and bathroom. 2. The bedsheet was not clean. 3. Service is too slow. Had to call thrice just to get a towel. 4. I didn't even get a key for my room. Absolutely no positive point. Just avoid this place.
