Came to this hotel for a stay for about a week with family,The cleanliness of the washroom is zero,the hospitality is zero, The room service is zero, The spring in the mattress is out, The Ac remote is not given,ac remote is handled by the management we cannot access it. We booked a triple bed and the blanket was not given for the third bed. Not recommended at all!

NOT RECOMMENDED. # Hospitality= zero. Reception staff are untrained and hostile, just like local goons. In my case he misbehaved when I asked him in a strong tone for GST bills which he was refusing. Totally useless and arrogant receptionist, not suitable for his job. #NO AC REMOTE. . you have to call reception to get AC switched on/off. YOU CANNOT CONTROL TEMPERATURE OF YOUR ROOM. Totally stupid system # My room was cleaned after I called reception 3 times and then kitchen number twice. They just wiped the floor, beddings were not changed. #Network coverage not there inside rooms. Totally dependant on slow wifi of hotel. # Toilets having permanent yellowish/brown stains. # No geyser or electric kettle. Avoid this hotel. Go for some other hotel. they charged me 1200 with no gst bills and + 12% with gst bills for single customer.

It's okok they charge price accordingly they want doesn't have fix price .... You can bargain from them..... The Ac and landline doesn't work .. normally okok for just a stay where you can't expect soo much

Room was good but the mattress on the bed was very bad.
