At first I reached the hotel without Booking, they asked me rs. 1600 for one day. And bargained for rs. 1400 but I when I visit fab express app. The same room was for rs. 1070. I asked the staff to do some discount but they said this is final. And they said if u book with fab hotel app it will take 2 hours to get updated with us. They lied to me. Then I booked the same room with app at rs. 1133 with pay at the hotel option. In case they deny me so that I can cancel it anytime. This type of service should be not accepted by fab hotels. TV was only online (No Cable). The bed was also cheap quality. I think they should learn Hotel Service From Others. Location is Good it's nearby Metro Station.

We reserved multiple rooms at this hotel, but our experience left much to be desired. The rooms had a strong unpleasant odor, lacked cleanliness, and didn't include kitchen facilities. Although the rooms were equipped with air conditioning, the towels provided had clearly been used by previous guests. The atmosphere was far from family-friendly, with many other guests, primarily bachelors, openly carrying alcohol to their rooms. In my candid assessment, I would recommend avoiding this place if possible.

The rooms were very clean, did not have to wait for anything, the staff is also very good, I would definitely like to visit again....

Best destination near By ISBT. Food quality is good overall cleaning also good all equipment in working condition i love this thing. It was my second visit and I also like their early check-in facilities. All staff give good service and very friendly.

Worrest service and rooms ever dont ever come to this hotel, very rude and arrogant staff no cleaniness, no respect nor care for clients. If i could give negative stars i would.
