I had a comfortable stay at this hotel.the staff were polite and helpful, and specially the receptionist. the rooms were well maintained. and they also provide a chargeable taxi service.though the Wi-Fi could be faster.overall,it was a pleasant experience

Absolutely horrible experience. I booked my stay through Expedia and upon arrival, the room I had already paid for was occupied. Instead of giving me what I booked, the hotel pushed me into substitute rooms and even nearby hotels that were disgusting, dirty bedsheets, stinky rooms, and visible dirt on the beds. This is not what I paid for. I booked a specific room and expected to stay there, not get scammed into taking whatever leftovers they could throw at me. To make it worse, there’s no refund even if you refuse to stay in their filthy substitute rooms. Total scam and waste of money. Avoid this place at all costs.
