A new property with good rooms and services. Nice small clean rooms with basic services for you to spend your night. The breakfast was also nice. I hope it stays like this. Though, not very fond of this location.

Room is Clean and all basic amenities are good. The Service at times is slower than expected, like fixing the cable set top box on TV and AC remote change took considerable time. The breakfast food was good, and restaurant response is fast. Overall quite satisfactory experience and would recommend. Central location.

Really upset with the Service team. First of all it’s very slow, zero communication amongst them and on top of it there is no follow up. During breakfast no one comes to you because there is no one on the floor to look after your needs. Very disappointed. I wanted to continue my stay, but I won’t. Because I am not impressed with the service at all. I am a Food safety and hygiene specialist, I honestly didn’t see them wearing gloves while handling food.

The hotel is located near Phase 1 metro, 10 mins drive from cyberhub and 5 mins drive from Galleria market. The staff is really helpful and cooperative. Padam ji, the hotel manager is very humble. This is a new hotel so the infrastructure and amenities are all good. They provide multiple breakfast options, all complementary with the stay.

The stay was superbly amazing . Location was good with good space to park your vehicle . Special thanks to the staff. All the members of staff are very polite and courteous and proffesional . You will not feel uncomfortable like you feel in other gurgaon hotels bcus of the staff . Here the staff is very professional and helpful. The food rates are very nominal and tastes also good. The property is very clean no smell nothing at all . Will highly recommend everyone was a good clean happy stay.
