From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that immediately made me feel at ease. The check-in process was smooth and professional, setting a positive tone for the rest of the stay. The rooms were impressively well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. What I loved the most was the ambience – the warm ambient lighting created a cozy, inviting atmosphere that made the room feel like a relaxing retreat after a day out in the city. The staff deserves special mention – they were incredibly friendly, supportive, and always ready to assist. Whether I needed directions for sightseeing, help with transport, or tips on local shopping, they were always there to guide me with a smile. Another big plus is the hotel’s relatively close proximity to the airport, as well as to major sightseeing attractions and shopping destinations, which made commuting easy and added great convenience to the overall experience. In short, OPO The Royal Residency truly lives up to its name – offering a royal, comfortable, and memorable stay at great value. My dad and I stayed here for 2 days. The stay is amazing, very clean rooms. Very aesthetic and great. The service was great. The food was really good. Tried their breakfast and dinner. Really good. Overall, we had a great experience.

House keeping staff Vishal Rajput, rohit Kumar and Jagdish Kumar very helpful l. They made my 3 day stay in this very convenient. All the experience from reception to checkout and staying experience everything is appreciated.
