Absolutely Not Worth It – Avoid This Hotel! I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel D'Capitol and would not recommend it to anyone, especially families. The room we got was smelly and poorly maintained, definitely not worth the high charges they demand. One of the most frustrating parts was that they don’t allow you to store your luggage, even for a couple of hours before check-in or after checkout. So if you arrive early or have a late train/flight, good luck managing your bags. No guests are allowed to meet you unless they pay extra charges, which is ridiculous and feels more like a hostel than a hotel. There is no lift, so be ready to drag your luggage up the stairs by yourself. On top of that, outside food is not allowed, and their in-house food is not only tasteless but also overpriced. Also, if you need to extend your stay by just a few hours, they will charge you an absurd amount – sometimes as much as booking a new room. Overall, it's a total waste of money.Don't get fooled by the 5-star reviews on Google – they seem fake and misleading. There are far better options out there. Definitely not recommended for families or anyone who values comfort and fairness.

The management is very poor there's no coordination between reception, kitchen and rest of services you'll waste you money by booking this. Also they don't even have basic amenities in the room Like water, towel and no tea pouches at all. Although, even the locks won't work perfectly.

Poor Experience Overall Our experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, the hotel was completely shut — no security guard, no signage, no information — just a locked door. After multiple phone calls, we were finally relocated to a different hotel about 2 km away from the original location. We had booked a room for three adults, but were given a double bedroom with a folding bed added only after we requested it. To make things worse, the breakfast provided was of poor quality. No water bottles, toiletary. Would not recommend based on this experience.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed. 1. Room had no towels, hangers or anything. 2. No lifts. It was not pleasant to see the boys carrying the suitcases by staircase 3. I called them while booking and confirmed that breakfast will be ready by 730 am. When we came down, nothing, literally nothing was there. After an altercation, they arranged some toasted bread without jam or butter. 4. Hot water was not available til late. Had to take bath in cold Delhi On the positive room was ok. We had a triple room. King bed was large and the single bed was ok as well.

This accommodation is a scam. Be careful. I booked through Agoda and already paid, but the hotel canceled my reservation and accused Agoda of canceling it. In reality, the hotel was the one who canceled because they wanted more money from me than what I paid through the app. Terrible place. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend staying here. Don’t book it. The room is awful too
