Very disappointing stay : not worth it I had a terrible experience at Grand Villa Delhi. The air conditioning didn’t work at all, there was no hot water, and the door couldn’t even lock properly. The hotel was extremely noisy, dirty, and poorly maintained. Overall, it felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. I would not recommend this place to anyone — definitely not worth the money.

Experience was amazing. The room was very clean and comfortable with all services was amazing. Lovely place for staying . The staff behiover was amazing and so professional and humble. All services are outstanding.

It was extremely dirty… i had travelled long and i expected them to atleast do the basics.. to have a clean bed when i arrived but unfortunately i had to tell them to change the sheets and clean up the sofas, dirty carpets and i waited for them to finish cleaning. 2. They charged me extra. They said hotel tax other than the website tax is eligible (which is not true) and charged me 24% extra. 3. When i told the staff about it, they stated behaving in a rude manner.

Excellent facilities. The hotel was really beautiful and hotel rooms views was lovely. The staff behaviour was humble and helpful. Everything is perfect.

The room, walls and floor where not clean and the room smelled of cigarette smoke. Breakfast was advertised as included in the price, but when we woke up we were told it was not available. The staff were not knowledgeable.
