Worst hotel - Fab hotels - Modesty - booked for a day stay to catch a overnight flight to Chicago. My mistake was that I didn’t check the rating as my Dad booked hotel - it was a cheaper rate so can’t complaint but please don’t stay , it’s not worth it. We booked a room for 3 , reached the hotel and showen 2 rooms which was tinniest room I have ever seen, so staff at reception suggested that we should have booked a bigger room at an higher rate which can only be done online but anyway that was for our information. With our luggage we moved 3 rooms as first 2 rooms were not for 3 people as shown on the website and with broken toilet seat. We were finally given a bigger room , but in every room we had to ask for soap, and requested to change bed sheets as they were stained and dirty.

I had the worst and worst experience in modesty. Staff was so so rude and when we asked for parking they clearly said its not our responsibility and ignored us. In afternoon we left hotel for some work at 1pm and gave keys to them for the room cleaning and came back at 11pm and room was not cleaned and was as it is. Anyone can imagine the mindset of a person when he/she is too tired after whole day of working and is expecting a clean room and when he comes back and gets that dirty room . Right? And so the worst breakfast they have . They should have better staff .their manager even don’t know that he is the manager when we asked him where is the manager he said he don’t know .he lied. Not at all recommended.

Booked during my first delhi visit. Had high expectations as it was a fab hotel. First of all its hard to notice and find the hotel for first timers. And it's located on a congested street with limited parking ( you need high driving skills and patience to park your vehicles) it's a decent hotel but I won't recommend for family stays . Very small rooms. (would suggest this place for singles) And the breakfast is very limited with only pasta & bread toast available.

This hotel deserves zero star. Arrogant staff. Receptionist lady - boastful. Worst condition of rooms. Drinking water facility is also not provided in the room. The worst deluxe room I've ever stayed. Cost of food items available is too much. Suffocating compact and dirtiest room. I think they use same unclean bedsheets for so many guests. The room just starts and then ends. They should mention in their online booking site that OUTSIDE FOOD IS NOT ALLOWED. I recommend every one not to book this hotel at any price.

I booked a room through fabhotels but on reaching the hotel my preferred room was not available and they offered me a little high priced room. The room was cleaned before us while we waited.The room was clean , comfortable and luxurious. Room service was good and food was average. Overall good
