Booked the hotel for a short 3 hour stay after arriving from airport. The booking was from 7-10am, even though I arrived at 735 the room was not ready. Water was not provided the room was smelling of cigarettes. Tv remote not working. Lastly the room allocated to me was of another hotel property called as east west hotel. By 10am they came in to ask for a payment of some snacks the previous room stay had spent on. Interesting the name being Ginger hotels and the rating in GoIbibo as 4; I was duped of thinking this is the better known Ginger hotel group but they are a duplicate. Best avoided.

Disappointing Experience at Ginger Palace Hotel My stay at the Ginger Palace Hotel was quite disappointing. The staff seemed unprofessional and did not greet any guests properly, which gave a poor first impression. I had to wait for almost an hour before being allocated a room, and the receptionist kept telling me repeatedly that the room would be ready in “just 15 minutes,” which felt manipulative and frustrating. The only positive part of my experience was the food — it was delicious and truly enhanced my otherwise unpleasant stay.

Everything. It is a beautiful hotel with great staff. We felt very safe, welcome and they have great restaurants and services. We had a guided tour of the city by another company, but in hindsight we should probably have used the hotels services for this. We highly recommend using the hotels transfer services, at the airport was so nice and provided amazing service.

Literally everything. Kindness of the staff is just outstanding. They literally provided EVERYTHING we needed from start to finish. Even a private driver that drove us around the whole city for the entire day, waiting for us at every stop we made. Absolutely incredibile service
