Very nice stay ..I like staff behavior and very polite people or very helpful. Very big room and clean room also. I like to thanks make my trip. It's near by Santacruz east station and domestic airport also near by the hotel.. Staff told me old management are change now hotel is very neat and clean.

worst hotel ever. I am pretty sure all the positive reviews here are from employees or kin of the owner. Water dripping from the ceiling, entire floor is filled with foul smell from the commin bathrooms at the other end. AC doesn't work at all. Room service food is terrible. if it weren't late in the night, we would have immediately left. Also, shady as hell. Never recommend this for families or business stays.

AVOID! A BIG NOOOO TO THIS HOTEL. Very unhygienic, choked bathroom, unclean bed sheet and pillows. Very rude and unprofessional staffs. There is no room service and they do not respond on calling from room to their reception counter. One has to go down to ask something and after that also they do not respond properly. VERY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE. JUST AVOID THIS HOTEL AND DON'T RUIN YOUR HOLIDAY HERE!

A good place, can be better if the staff can look into mosquito solution. There was ample space, couch and sofa available in same kind of budget. Nearby to railway station, walkable 5mins.

Very small, congested hotel, easy to locate but not very well furnished. Each room's walls have bad looking patches of dampness. Bathroom ceiling is covered by one plastic sheet to cover AC's split unit and patches. Room was not cleaned properly, cigarettes smell were all through the room which were not going. Not upto even average standard hotel. Only advantage is that it is near to airport.
