Well the location of the hotel is good as it is just near to the railway station. BUT the SCARY thing about the hotel is that they will enter your room to clean while you are actually not in the room. Though i didn't lost any item and my things were in place I find this is as horrendous. When I found this happened hotel manager simply said this is as per their policy but could not show any evidence in written. So keep this in mind.

It's a decent hotel. Rooms are quite comfortable and breakfast is also pretty good. Helpfull front desk staff help us to order food online . will be really treated as a guest. I have stayed here quite a number of days and I found it satisfying. I think I can recommend this hotel.

Rooms are not clean, can see dirty bed sheets...hairs fallen in room. There is no kitchen, they serve only breakfast(that too called from outside). No towel, no any other napkin. You have to call for. Even on telephone, no where written reception no. You have to assume ! No floor-mat. No stopper or chain on door. Anyone having key(master) can enter. You can hear local train noise throughout the night. Service is too slow. To send me water bottle, I had to remind them, took one hr.

Hotel is fine but not secured for kids at all. When you open the window in room as well as in lobby area, there is no railing. Even a guy of 100 kg can go out from the window and jump. Otherwise the hotel is good.

We stayed at Mint Magna for a couple of weeks for work, and had a pleasant time overall. Rooms - the twin rooms are small, but well furnished and clean. The beds were comfortable, there was a TV, A/C, wardrobe. The attached bathroom was fine, the only note would be that the water was never hot (only lukewarm). The communal areas between the rooms were a nice place to sit and have meals if you are ordering food in. Service - daily housekeeping was good, although there was an issue with towel supply which meant they were not replaced on time. Overall, the staff were really helpful and friendly and gave suggestions for the local area. An iron was available on request. Bottled water provided at no extra cost throughout the stay which was really good! Breakfast - decent breakfast spread every morning including a combination of idli/medu vada, sambhar, bread pakoda/pau bhaji/upma/poha, fresh fruits, fruit juice, toast with butter and jam, and tea and coffee. Location - next to Prabhadevi station (near Indiabulls - useful taxi landmark). Area felt safe, short distance from Phoenix mall, Siddhivinayak temple, KEM and Wadia hospitals. Overall, a nice and functional hotel to stay at.
