Hotel is not good, staff is also not behave properly. not recomand to stay here. Also in oyo booking 1500 and they charge extra and 1000 (total 2500 per room minumum) for very small room.

The photos that were mentioned in Oyo was good. But in reality the rooms were untidy and was very small. I had problems during the check-in for pricing in Oyo. After my long travel, I was denied check in and asked to cancel Oyo booking. Then I had to pay extra 1k than that was mentioned in Oyo for the room. I had a very unsatisfied experience here. The place was very untidy. There was no lift, but a person carried out baggages.. I have added the original room photos. There were untidy patches on the walls.

Horrible. Dont book this hotel ever. The rooms were dirty, unhygienic, used towels, no water bottles, and rude staff as well. The worst thing is that I booked the hotel in advance and yet hotel denied giving me room. I had the official email, paid advance amount as well yet hotel didnt gave me rooms. After a huge fight, they finally gave me the room but charged me double than the original booking amount. Please dont waste your money and spoil your trip with this terrible hotel.

Have had booked the place but as i reached the hotel manager denied to accommodate as they were having some internal problems with the hotel regarding the pricing. I tried reaching the customer care for the same they just forwarded the call to the service team multiple times and the service team just disconnected the call, being so helpless at that situation i needed to leave the hotel premises with my luggage and find some other place for my self to settle. It is the worst experience of my life. And yes the management of the hotel even told me that the oyo is offering the pricing that the hotel management never agreed upon and they have been boing it from quite a long time
