"Not a Comfort Stay as the name says" I booked a night's stay at this hotel through MakeMyTrip, expecting a comfortable and pleasant experience based on the images and descriptions provided online. Unfortunately, the reality was starkly different from what was portrayed. The first noticeable letdown was the stark difference between the images online and the actual rooms. The pictures showcased an inviting ambiance, but the reality was quite the opposite. The rooms emitted a pungent smell of cigarette smoke, making it difficult to breathe comfortably. Despite the efforts of the service staff who tried to address this with room freshener, the unpleasant odor persisted for a significant period, diminishing our initial expectations. Adding to the disappointment, the absence of an elevator was an inconvenience. Guests are required to navigate through staircases to reach their rooms, which can be inconvenient, especially if you have heavy luggage or mobility challenges. In terms of cost, this stay leaned towards the expensive side for what was offered. The disparity between the price paid and the quality of the stay left me unsatisfied and questioning the value I received. In conclusion, this stay did not live up to the expectations set by the online portrayal.

I took this hotel in emergency, but I was surprised with their hospitality. They were polite, respectful and hospitable every time. Even the check-in and check-out was smooth without any hassle. Only need to maintain cleanliness which I will rate 3/5, though it was decent yet small room to stay for a day or two.

Another great stay, staff is polite and helpful. Free WiFi and breakfast good room, don't expect great big rooms this is a budget hotel so expect based on what you are paying. It's value for money. Happy in everyway

Rooms are Clean, bathroom are also clean and good service. Enjoyed my stay. Its Walkable to nearest market. Its Value for money.

I'm Sharing my personal experience, here they show you their best rooms first(before pay) and then you booked that room and checked into the room they'll start acting.. room has no water and ac didn't work, so u have to checked into another one. And they'll give you the baddest room ever.
