Rooms are pathetic... Always runs out of water.... AC works like a broken fan.... Never ever stay cheapest hotel in area.

Staff are good with behavior and service. Also room in very good condition.. If u want to stay in andheri i recommend to plz choose this hotel. One of the best hotel in budget.

Please avoid if you want luxurious stay. Its not at all comfortable. Rooms are small. They did not give us a single complementary water bottle. Outside area is so bad that you can't imagine that hotel can be at such place. They don't have their own kitchen. They used to provide food from outside hotels. Food quality is also not good. When we ordered dinner in the room, they did not provide plates. It is a common sense that plates should have been provided. At late night, suddenly staff boys started playing songs and talking loudly. If you want to spend just few hours that to in the night then it is passable hotel. Still then cost of the room seems so costly. It is not worth for its overall appearance. Staff is supportive. Cleanliness is ok.

So far. Its good. Still staying. Comfortable stay at reasonable rates. Its best as nearby there are many shops. Railway station is nearby. AC is effective. Bed very comfortable. Staff very cooperative and polite. At the price offered its actually really nice. Though some people may find the rooms small but I found no problem at all. I am satisfied. For all my trips to Mumbai I will choose Onyx Residency only.
