I booked this hotel in advance via Oyo rooms for 1100. When I reached there, they were asking 500 -800 extra depending upon the days I will stay there. When I said that I have already paid in advance to Oyo they still denied to check in. And asked me to contact Oyo Customer care. After complaining to Oyo rooms, when the customer service executive asked to add some complimentary compensation to the hotel, he denied upfront saying he want extra cash and payment needs to be done in cash. Very rude and unprofessional behaviour. Please don't book it, if you don't want to waste your money. Later I read same sort of reviews on Oyo app as well. Beware ⚠️⚠️⚠️

During my stay at Hotel Royal Grand, I was pleasantly surprised by its affordability and all amenities. The staff's having friendly and accommodating nature towards customers. For those in search of a cost-effective hotel option, I would recommend Hotel Royal Grand.

Went there to ask regarding the quality of rooms and prices for a long stay. The staff was quite arrogant and closed-minded. The area of the hotel is very bad as well.

Absolute Trash! Would stay away! - Stinking rooms - Coackroaches (Tiny Rouches) everywhere - including the bed and pillow! Can't belive this sells for 1.8K/night. I walked away midnight - just to escape this place!

It was very clear that OYO was not running the place. The signage didn't indicate anywhere. The reception staff was extremely accommodating and also helped with my taxi booking to the airport.
