Worst experience ever that too on my birthday. I was supposed to go Lonavla with a friend but since we flew from abroad we had to spend two days in Mumbai so booked this. We were given a dirty room with a broken shower head. On complaining they did change the room but they managed to disappoint us post that also. They neatly folded dirty towels with yellow and black patches. For 1 shower I had to change towels thrice. We didn’t stay at the hotel much because of the hygiene issue and left as early as we could. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Also the staff working there said they don’t recommend the place to anyone and even they don’t like working there since half the customers who stay there complain of the same things time and again but the owner/management doesn’t do nothing.

There are many issues to tell
1.The room were not clean
2.They dont give room keys to us they say that they do not have dublicate key.
3.The hotel was not clean at all.
4. When I was complaining The reception saff said us that don't argue with us.
4.No Towel, No Handwash ,No Body wash nothing was Provided to us.
5.Saff Was not wearing Mask.
6.No room sanitization.
7. Telephone for room service was not Working.
8. Bedsheets were not clean They were having stains.
9.Room was having Bad Odor.
10.There Were insects & cockroaches in the bathroom

There are lot of things to complain
1. Room is not clean having bad odor
2.Bedhseets and towels were very dirty
3 Even after cleaning bathroom , bad odor did not go
4 bed cot is not proper got back pain
5 . There is no ventilation at all, I asked receptionist to give other room, he said all rooms were booked and did not refund the money
6. Worst experience.
7. Free breakfast, same bad odor in dining area too, food is not at all good

We stayed for 1 night i.e 12th march to 13th march in Room no.501
Location of the hotel is pretty decent.. at the main road.. but there is not much traffic so its fine..
Check in was hassle free and fast.
None of the hotel dtaff were wearing masks i.e receptionist, room service guy, manager n owner..
Lift working properly.
Ac working properly..
Tv & remote working properly but had to call room service to switch it on as there some minor issues.. but it was resolved under 7 minutes..
It only has free channels though.
Intercom working properly.. even call is picked up fast.
Mirrors were clean.
Windows were nice but it was very dusty and not cleaned.. so better to keep curtains othervise people staying the building opposite to the hotel could see in the room clearly..
Only 1 towel was given.. had to call receptionist for more towel n soaps.
No complimentary water provied.
No wifi.
Bedsheets seemed to be cleaned but it had many stains all over it.. pillows seemed cleaned.. its maybe because bedsheets are very old..
Bathroom was nice but seemed to be very dusty in some places. Also the fittings in bathroom are very old i guess..
Shower wasnt working properly.. also no hot water was available in showers or in taps..
Hotel's restaurant is very costly so better to order from outside..
Outside food allowed.
Hastle free checkout.. also 30 minz late checkout was allowed to us as it depends on availability..
Overall its a good hotel.. only somethings which are old like bedsheets, bathroom fittings, windows, - makes it seem unhygienic but not big of a deal.. so would reccommend this hotel.

One of the worst hotels i have stayed in. First of all this is a Oyo property. Unfortunately, I was aware of it while booking and still regret the decision. The rooms looks good but it stinks especially in the bathroom. There is no parking available. When you arrive at the hotel you have to tell the reception to pick your bags and you still will have to carry some of your bags. They give only 1 towel per room even if there are 2 guest staying in the room. We had taken 3 rooms but one of the room (no 301) was way to small than the other room. In other room the geaser was not working i had to wait for the repair guys to come and repair it. The receptionist acknowledged that they knew about the geaser but still gave me the room as they were already full. They didn't even apologize for the issue. Also, there is no continuous hot water, its just busrt of hot water for sometime and then it becomes cold again. I had requested in evening for 2 extra bed for one night for guests and there was a shift change at night and the lady who i have spoken to didn't give proper handover. So the new guy (Naresh Kumar) refused to give the beds and was super rude and offensive and we ended up having a huge argument. The receptionist (Kiran Tanveer) will give a constant weird look when you pass lobby. They serve same breakfast everyday (Poha, Bhurji, Puri sabji/ Aloo paratha) so you will end up eating the same food everyday if its a long stay. The automatic door in the lobby was not working during our entire stay and the guard was never there to open it for the guest but i did see him sleeping most of the time (see pictures). Overall the people working in the hotel should look after the guest but the reality is that they are not trained nor professional enough to deal or handle the customers. I did ask for the refund while checkout for the probl listed above but the lady (Bhakti Sirodkar) just declined saying that its not their fault problem and it's the best service they have provided and didnt even apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Please stay away from this property if you value service and your time.
