Good rooms but no ventilation as such, but they maintain the cleanliness. Decent for stay for few days if you are going for visa interviews. Service is good enough. There are no good restaurants nearby but the food at the hotel is good. Limited breakfast options but taste was good. Location is not that great, all scrap shops nearby. Staff was polite and helpful. Hot water is available, but the geyser takes a lot of time to heat up.

I booked a Suite through the Oyo portal and made advanced full payment for 4 nights. Upon arrival at the hotel reception, I was asked to cancel the Oyo booking and get the direct booking with the hotel done. The staff very strongly said that they don't entertain Oyo bookings and I need to cancel the booking from the Oyo portal. That led to heated arguments and some threatening words from the reception staff. Since I was there for an academic meeting and was getting late, I cancelled the booking and got the room directly with them. Meanwhile, Oyo charged 8000 rupees, as cancellation charges which I got back after raising my complaint and multiple rounds of phone calls. The property is located in a busy and dirty/slum locality near Naala. Rooms are too small with hardly 2 feet space beyond the bed. The washrooms are too small. There is no window or balcony in rooms and it felt like being in jail. Breakfast is fixed with 3 or 4 options and you have to select anyone. The pre-decided quantity of breakfast is too small that you will be feeling hungry within 2 hours. Not recommended for families. A single male person can manage somehow.

The location is good for. Quick small stay and exit for a day or two and u r not likely to stay inside room. The whole hotel does not have windows and the ac is fixed to low. Small rooms just enough to sleep.

Not worth the stay. Can try other if you are looking for stay even for say just visa purpose. •Bad locality. No veg hotels nearby. •One person says breakfast is complimentary and other person says it's 200 beside the room charges. So basically no uniformity in charges/ professional service. It's like they try who gets ready to pay. •Breakfast is 2 mini idlis n 2 mini wadas for adults. And no nearby veg hotel. •No toiletries provided, no kettle. At their rate, kettle is provided in most hotels. •Rude behaviour of reception staff, declining of request can be done decently also. But one bearded man is very very rude. •They will take advance before u reach and remaining balance as soon as you reach whereas in other hotels it will be while checkout for the remaining balance.

Very bad experience. The Fabhotel customer service person told me all hotels in the Fab chain are 3 star rated property. This cannot be true. 3 star budget hotels are not like this. Entry to the hotel was just so difficult due to the rains. Very bad locality. We had a nights stay so we managed somehow. Cannot think of staying at a FabHotel or recommending it to anyone in future
