Worst hotel i have ever stayed… Whatever shown in the photo is different in the reality.. The room is completely clean and it smell very bad. They use room spray to clear that smell, but it smells very bad. There is no window in the room. The service is not proper. The room gets darker when the lights get off... It doesn’t look what is shown in the photo.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. The check-in process was smooth, and every team member I interacted with was polite, professional, and genuinely eager to help. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained with all the amenities you could ask for. The housekeeping staff deserves special mention for their attention to detail — everything was always perfectly clean and neatly arranged. What really stood out, though, was the excellent service. Whether it was room service, front desk assistance, or restaurant staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure guests had a pleasant stay. The food was delicious, and any special requests were handled with a smile. Overall, it was a five-star experience — the hotel is beautiful, but it’s truly the staff that makes it exceptional. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and top-notch hospitality.

Hotel Embassy Grand – Disappointing Experience & Misleading Photos My experience at Hotel Embassy Grand was far below expectations, especially after seeing the pictures online. The biggest issue is that the hotel’s photos are completely different from the actual rooms and ambience. What looks clean, spacious, and well-maintained in the pictures turns out to be quite the opposite when you arrive. The rooms feel much smaller, the décor is outdated, and the overall look doesn’t match what is advertised. Cleanliness was another major concern. The room I received didn’t feel fresh or properly maintained. The bedsheets and furniture appeared worn out, and the bathroom needed better cleaning. It is quite disappointing when you check in expecting a comfortable stay and instead get something that feels neglected. The common areas also lacked the charm shown in the photos. Lighting, cleanliness, and upkeep all seemed below average. Even the service failed to make up for the experience — it felt slow and unresponsive at times. Overall, Hotel Embassy Grand gives the impression of a place that relies on polished photos rather than real quality. For the price they charge, the experience is not worth it. I would not recommend staying here unless they improve transparency and upgrade their maintenance standards.

My experience at this hotel was excellent. The staff were very polite, kind, and always ready to help. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well managed. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again.
