Worst experience ever, room are dirty and smokey.... Staff are drunkers Below lucky restaurant are looters,we told to bring your speciality they bought dish worth 4k without confirmation

If you book this hotel via Goibibo , they won’t give you tax invoice No food facility , u need to go to 1st floor ( lucky restaurant) for food , which is very very costly , u have to depend on Swiggy ..( but don’t eat south food at Chembur , it’s tasteless ) Rooms are good / ac is available .. service reception guy is very friendly and helpful Opp to hotel there is a small chai shop ( diamond tea shop ) gives u good chai Opp to hotel K star mall is there but it’s under some renovation

I had booked from MMT platform for two night stay with family, The hotel manager gave me old room which is seems like for bachelors with separate two beds and temporarily joined for us. When I saw neighbouring room it had big bed with good condition and same price. That was very bad experience for me and my family.
