I had a horrible experience with this OYO. I used to stay in lots of oyos, very often the rooms doesn’t look as they display in the app. But still I book them hoping that they might be good next time. But this OYO hotel finally took me out of the OYO app. I am never going to book another room in OYO. The service is extremely arrogant. They behave as if they are doing a favour to OYO and us. They don’t provide blankets. No cleaning. Very very rude reply. What did we deserve for this when we paid for things. No breakfast. The rooms are out right disgusting. Cockroaches in the bucket, bed sheets are totally unclean and not washed. If this review is hidden from public I will add the same review on google maps. Hopefully things change. I can very confidently say that anyone who books this hotel will be absolutely disappointed.

My genuine Experience sharing guys : Very horrible experience It is very much far away from Andheri They don't treat guest politely At the starting when you arrive they provide one bottle of water then when u leave they ask payment for it.. Rooms are also horrible, bathroom really smells , very negative vibes and moreover one of the bathroom has literally a big tree's stem inside, which was giving very negative vibes.. we had to cancel that room and paid extra 300rs for other room . You will not get room which they have shown in the picture.. it's a bluff . Not a clean and tidy rooms.. Me and my friend we both are female , and we literally hesitate to live there for one night.. Thankfully it was just one night booking.. Because people they all were muslims and they really don't know how to treat people, how to treat girls and how to answer them politely , very arrogant treatment as if they are doing ehsaan on us by providing room.. Really really worst experience.. Girls never go there , u will obviously feel uncomfortable..

The room are very unhygeine. Staff behaviour is pathetic, bedsheets are not at all clean, washed and hygeine. AC water is lacking in room, tooo much mosquitos in room.. bathroom is too much smelling.. my partner met after a year and he him self booked this hotel from oyo thinking that this hotel is decent but after checking the excitment of stay got 0.. because of unhygienic hotel room.. please people dont visit ever here. It's good for nothing. Worst😖😖

*Charged for drinking water for 2 days. *Untidy washroom from ages. *Room not cleaned post dropping key at front desk. *Breakfast timings mentioned 8am and order taken 9am n order brought the breakfast from a nearby stall in plastic bag at 9.50am. *No plates or cutlery available and the staff mentions can't we eat by our hands. *Washroom jet wasn't working and mentioned to the staff,he said pls adjust as we would need to call for the plumber accordingly. *No toothbrush kit provided,was asked to purchase. *AC has leak and water is leaking while it's on for more than an hour. *No public transport available at ease. *No available restaurants incase of early morning 7-8 am.

It is far away from metro station and seemed like to be in a remote area besides chawls The rooms were not in good condition The bathrooms were bad Room had bugs There was only one AC remote to control the entire property. So we were dependent on the manager for small small things such as changing temperature The bedsheets and blankets were also in bad condition Not recommended
