Rooms are very good Even u get a smart TV in room U can use Amazon prime Netflix hotstar in the TV Also u get a wifi also But price is quite high compare to other same kind of hotels But very near to railway station But lift is suck that never works

Located in prime location next to malad east walking distance from the station but the hotel is not that cool small rooms, no cleaning still you ask for that, lift is not working hotel is on 3rd floor tiny toilet can't even stand there properly and above all they charge very high for such facilities. Good for the single people and very bad for a woman to stay there

No waiting hall, no service even they are unable to provide a glass of water & plates for food. During the check out time they asked for next day charge frequently. No one can enter before their fixed entry time 10am. Bathrooms are narrow. Clean issues they have.

Attitude issue with reception staff, not allowing 19 year person in hotel, we came from long distance and found this bakwaas hotel. I asked him that we'll stay only 6 hours because in the evening we'll leave for our destination. He checked all documents and refused to give room. I think hotel management needs to check his reception man attitude once. He does not even offer a chair for us.
