Very worst service and very small room. Photo's shown in catalogue is not similar they are fake. They said for breakfast but there was no options except bread and butter. Very expensive not good for staying...

Well kept, cleaned, reasonably priced with all the restored amenities included in the room charges. The best in the area I have found.

Staff was very mannersless, bad behaviour, room service was not so good.Break fast was not maintaining the standard. High price for low service stay.

Complimentary breakfast provided was only for namesake. Quantity was very less and no choices at all. Tea itself was a bit costly.Rooms and toilet were well maintained

I booked two rooms here for my family. Pros * Location is great. 700m to Santacruz railway station * The dinner (paid) served in one night was awesome. * They allowed us for late check out upto 30 minutes. And allowed us to store our luggage for another hour. * No lifts. But hotel boys helped us to carry our luggage to the rooms. * Room service was quite good. They were always accessible. Cons * This hotel is not worthy of the price I've paid. The rooms were small. * As usual, in the booking website, the pics were awesome but actual view is completely different. Seems like they're not maintaining the rooms properly. * I couldn't find enough food spots nearby. * Complementary breakfast is not up to the mark. * Don't expect easy way out from the room. You have to pass through several steps and corridors.
