I stayed at Bloom Hotel in Worli, and my experience was a mix of highs and lows. While the hotel has some positive aspects, there are areas that could use improvement. The hotel staff was friendly and courteous throughout my stay. They were quick to respond to requests and always had a welcoming attitude. Clean and Well-Maintained: The hotel maintains a clean and well-presented environment. Common areas and rooms were tidy, contributing to a comfortable stay. The room, while clean, lacked certain comfort elements. The bed and furnishings were basic, and an upgrade in terms of mattress quality and room amenities could enhance the overall guest experience. Very nice hotel and amenities. The staff is very helpful in keeping the property very hygienic and clean. They also allowed me to check in earlier than usual time. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking forward to book hotel in this area.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. Good food. The service was excellent. The staff was very helpful. The interior of the restaurant is very beautiful and the food is also very delicious especially the breakfast. The hospitality of the staff was incredible! This hotel is the best service I have ever seen. In the end I will say that the service was very good.

The staff especially Sahil was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. A beautiful place to cool off after a hot day of hustle and bustle. The neat and clean room and comfy bed wellcome you. The quietness of the room is blissful. Rooms bit small but the pillows were super comfy and sheets were clean. Service is superb. Some times you really need a smiling face to cheer you up and here you will get plenty. The breakfast is good if not great. Over all a nice business hotel. You won't regret your stay.
