I had been here. Excellent hotel, excellent staff, excellent location, excellent service. Location in particular as it has a walking dostance to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Railway Terminus. Go for it if you jave a short stay.

If you're a foreigner, do not book this hotel!!! The staff do not know how to handle foreign tourists. They ask to keep your passport for the duration of your stay, this is not a requirement in India as a photo copy is sufficient. The staff is very unprofessional, they obviously don't have hoteling experience. The rooms are also very small, much smaller than they appear on the photos. There is barely space for the beds and nothing else. When we checked in, the internet did not work. There is also no phone reception inside the building. We decided to cancel our booking and looked for another hotel immediately.

Good Service, Congenial approach of Hotel Employees, Manager dealings was also very Appreciable. Room and premises are neat and tidy. For such a rent, rooms won't be spacious. Will come again. Also will recommend to my friends.

We booked it online, after reaching there, it was made clear that the room we booked has a shared bathroom, later we had to pay more to have a room with a bathroom, the cost we paid earlier should have included a bathroom with the room. The rooms were very small, with no view, it was like a small prison cell.
