Terrible experience. They don't pick up phones and don't respond to your queries at all. I booked via agoda and tried to call multiple times but the phone kept ringing and there was no response. Even on agoda, I raised a special request as my train was reaching around the check in time and I would be 1 hour late to check in, but there was no response. Not at all reliable for important or family stays.

We booked a room at this hotel through the Fab Hotels website and paid ₹3,072 as a holding fee for a confirmed stay from November 21 to November 30. After my father travelled internationally for over 24 hours, he arrived at the property only to be told by the front desk that, although a booking existed under his name, no rooms were available. This is completely unacceptable. After such a long journey, to discover that the hotel failed to honour a confirmed reservation is extremely distressing. What makes the situation even worse is that the staff mishandled and kicked his luggage at the reception, adding insult to injury. This behaviour is disrespectful, unprofessional, and reflects very poorly on the hotel’s standards. Attempts to reach Fab Hotels customer support have resulted in extremely long wait times, causing further stress to me and my family. This experience has been nothing short of shocking. I strongly caution others against booking this property. The management needs to be made aware that such negligence and unprofessional conduct is unacceptable and a disgrace to the values of hospitality. I hope Fab Hotels addresses this matter immediately and takes corrective action. Will try to connect with Fab hotels once again for my refund.

This wasn't just bad service; it was a coordinated scam. ​The Bait and Switch ​I booked Hotel Aksa Inn 4 days in advance online. On the day of my arrival, exactly after 12:00 PM (once the "no-refund" window kicked in), they arbitrarily changed my booking to a different location called Hotel B Town. ​The Conflict ​When I arrived at Hotel Aksa Inn, the manager shamelessly admitted he had sold my pre-booked room to walk-in customers for a higher price. He claimed he "doesn’t take pre-bookings" and blamed FabHotels for listing his property without consent—a blatant lie to cover his greed. ​Harassment at the New Location ​I was forced to go to the new location, Hotel B Town, where the nightmare continued: ​Arrogant Staff: The staff was extremely rude and dismissive. ​Refusal of Entry: The manager refused to honor my booking, stating they couldn't give me a room for the "low price" I paid online. ​Police Intervention: I was stranded for over an hour. It was only after I called the police and they intervened that the hotel finally backed down. ​The Result ​After two hours of fighting and police involvement, they finally gave me a room, which was in terrible condition and absolutely filthy. ​Final Verdict: Avoid Hotel Aksa Inn, Hotel B Town, and FabHotels at all costs. They are unethical, they overbook for profit, and they will leave you stranded unless you involve the authorities.
