Your booking won’t be honoured even when you book in advance in their own website. And when you call them for rooms availability, they say that they won’t know unless someone checks out. Such pathetic management. Your advance booking has no value. They just say sorry and won’t even refund you the money immediately. Few rooms are nice, but they don’t clean it properly and don’t change the bed sheets. They have smaller rooms with less amenities, which they would try to give you for the same price as bigger rooms. Only good thing is the location.

Take this Star as -5.... I was on a Road Trip from Kolkata, booked this hotel through Agoda, arrived at the location at 23.00Hrs on 13th Feb 2025....while arrived, the staffs denied... Agoda CCE is worthless too... After putting me on hold for 15. 20mnts, the solution was... "YOU MAY ❌❌ THE BOOKING" I think please don't book this hotel, if you aren't from BLR...

My worst hotel stay ever. Don't go by the Google rating. It's all put by the owner. Very poor service. I paid for the breakfast, but breakfast was not provided. Rooms are very small. Washroom was unclean. Wifi was not working. Hygiene was very poor. Request everybody to avoid it at all cost.

We booked a room in palm mystic inn indiranagar from booking.com.It's shows price including breakfast but when we ask the staff about the same they said we don't provide any breakfast. We stayed for 3 days and not even a single day the room service staff visited to clean and collect dust.
