Bedbugs All over the room!! I’ve had a very bad experience as we found bedbugs in our room. Rooms were pretty dirty and the linens weren’t nice. It doesn’t look as clean as it shows from the pictures. Very disappointed.

Spending a few days wasn't a pleasant experience there. At the very first glance of the room, it seemed so neat and tidy. However it was so disappointing to see some BEDBUGS crawling on the bed at night and some lill cockroaches all around the room at all times. Hope this would be useful for the new customers to avoid this place.

The hotel is located near main road. There are lot of restaurants and pubs nearby and bonus point empire restaurant is just 3-4 min walking distance. So, getting food late at 1 am isn't a issue. All the private bus pickup point is near the hotel. So during the evening the roads gets very crowded. One postive and negative things about the hotel being in a busy area is there is always a lot of crowd during morning and evening. Coming to the hotel. The rooms are good but not great I would say. We took a 4 bed room with 2 king size bed which was nice. The rooms have very little empty space which makes it feels but cramped. The room has a big tv which we never used. It has 2 couch and a small table. The bathroom is quiet spacious I have to say with hot and cold water. The bathroom door was bit tight to open other then that it was great. Every floor has a small kitchen there is a RO, electric kettle, glasses, plates, cups. You can fill your bottle from there and even make hot water if you wanna make tea, coffee. The hotel staff is very helpful as we check late at 1 am and we had informed them we will be coming late. They had kept our room ready and checkin was seamless. The hotel has cctv everywhere so security isn't a issue. The hotel has a restaurant but they open for lunch and dinner. They have a parking at the hotel basement. The road adjacent to hotel is narrow so moving 2 cars is a task.

Situated in a Prime location from we can access all modes of transportation. Neat and clean rooms. Escalator, hot water in bathrooms, Wardrobe, Wifi, etc are available in Non AC Executive Room. Room service available through out the day. Restaurant function between 11am to 11 pm.

Good for family.. Small rooms.. 24hrs hot water facility.. Airconditioner was good... You can book directly from their website with 24 hrs check in - check out... Tariff is OK.. not too high. Not tried food in their restaurant.. Parking facility at basement..
