Good Hotel with good service. Breakfast complementary. 15 Minutes from SBC Railway Station. Auto charges 100-120 rupees.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel. The staff was extremely disrespectful and rude towards my parents. They charged us unnecessarily for a towel, claiming we stained it. When I tried to reason with them, they started shouting and being unnecessarily rude. Horrible customer service.

Convenient location and decent rooms - only pros. Service is average. You have a flight of stairs right in front of the building, the watchman might or may not come down to help you with luggage. They will say they have a restaurant and when I asked, they assured South Indian food was available too. We went in the evening, there was no one and after few minutes a puzzled waiter asked what we wanted. We then realised what they call as restaurant is basically a kitchen and few tables in terrace used for the complimentary breakfast. But beyond these, all the rooms are super tiny, you will have about 1.5 ft gap on either sides of the bed and about 3 ft gap to the front, that’s it.

Its a good and maintained hotel, Rooms are nice and cozy, bathrooms are perfect . my only complaint could be the room size on upper floors, which is very compact and sometimes two ppl can become frustrated by colliding each other . Quick edit as I just stayed for 2nd time here last week. The complimentary breakfast is really minimal at this room tariff with no egg options. Removed a star… sorry Gavishree guys. Hope to see better breakfast next time to add that star. Third visit and the breakfast option this time was even lesser. Why on earth are you guys only having South Indian breakfasts? Who has given you the idea that every Indian prefers vada in the morning? At least corn fakes should have been there, may be eggs are sold at the rate of mutton in Bangalore. Honestly my last visit with you guys. For those who are reading this review please avoid this hotel. Not worth the tariff.

Hotel was substandard, unhygienic for family stay. Food pathetic and horrible service. Pay close attention to invoice as they double charge you for service not availed. Won’t respond to calls once money is taken.
