Good ambience.. Good service Food quality 👍🏻👌 Detailed Review: The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. We especially enjoyed the special drinks, the cucumber and onion salad is major highlight and Alfahm Chicken with Mandi Rice was awsome..

Linen is very dirty and bathroom is not clean as well, garbage bin was full when we checked in. The second day we wanted to extend from fab website, hotel staff said they extended from their side, we have to pay them, then third morning didn't give breakfast. We were asking where we can rent bike near by, hotel staff told that they have bike which is not working, if we want we can fix it and use, but after we fixed bike and paid from our pocket, the hotel owner took bike away. First time came to bangalore, really impressed.

I had a bad experience with this hotel.. Problems and bad experiences i had faced: 1. Nearly 1/2 hr waiting to get into room at the time of checking. 2. for one hour before check-in also they charged 500/-. And that too they asked and took liquid cash only. Hotel room amount i paid by card. 3. Room was not fully clean.. bed is too small. 4. T.v. was not working. I asked them so many times their answer was cable problem. They were simply irresponsible on problems. 5. Water bottles for drinking, they charged extra 25/- per bottle. This was really bad i had never seen before in any hotel. Too worst. 6. Too worst situation was tap water facility. Always i used to talk with them tap water was not coming. In the midnight, water is not came so i called from landline they were not respond at all. 3 days same situation. Horrible situation for me. 7. I asked them for room cleaning. They just listen and leave that's all. No response and they didn't come for clean. 8. Finally it is not a hotel just an apartment flat. My suggestion for them is please remove that name fab express garden green deluxe and just keep fab apartment. Plus points: Breakfast is there time to time and it was ok ok.

Used sheet, torn sheet only they given... no restaurant at hotel. Very very difficult to find property. Not at all proper room service... ac called dummy ac... 😢not working at all night. 1 double bed but even 1 kid can't adjust. .. too too small bed... very bad experience ...

Make sure you don't come in before 12 pm, as that's their check-in time. The hotel Wi-Fi only works at the reception. The rooms are spacious but the Air conditioner is only in the bedroom. Get, your own towel as there aren't any in the room or maybe it's available on call. Also, carry your own dental kit.
