Rooms are decent, monotonous morning breakfast is not worth for additional money that we pay. All these are tolerable except for the worst front desk and backend customer service. Worst hotel with worst customer service. My paytm transaction went through from my mobile, but the receipt was not printed. Forced by front desk assistant to pay again in the excuse of refund will happen within 24 hrs. After 15 calls and 4 mails, finance team accepted they can see both transactions in their books. Still struggling to get the money back from hotel. Worst experience.. (23-12-2023)

Very good place to stay, rooms were very clean, hot water was available 24*7, staff were very courteous, breakfast spread was decent, hardly 10 to 15 min walk from metro station

It's just like a home..a small restaurant is running by a family inside their home itself. Taste at it's peak...😋😋😋 & worth. I have tried Porotta ,Appam & Irachi curry ...wow😋🤩 .. if you're searching for a Kerala homely food, just go and explore... highly recommended.

The front desk manager, Saraswati is awesome! We had to book the room last minute and we didn’t have our phone chargers with us and were seriously worried. Saraswati went above and beyond to give us her own charger to use and that’s commendable!

They have some billing related confusion always going on with corporate clients. Staff can become very aggressive about the same. Had a pretty bad experience myself. The one incharge for the first time was very rude towards understanding my problem and as if turned out it the end it was a billing error on their end only. Second time same thing happened and this time around atleast the lady on the shift for customer relations was not rude and politely acknowledged billing error on their part. Guess her name was Swastika.
