I'm surprised this property has even 3.8 rating here and on OYO website. The property doesn't even have a board outside indicating it is an OYO we had trouble locating it first. The room was big but the table had a broken dancing leg, the rack in bathroom dangling, A/c barely able to cool and the service staff least bothered. The room was like a penthouse and the elevator doesn't reach there, bonus you can't get down using the elevator at all, the elevator buttons on top floors are taped for some reason. There seems to be some sort of silent protest against OYO management for giving them low prices, but why should a customer suffer for that? Been a regular user of OYO but this has been my worst experience so far.

Nice stay in the heart of koramangala. Owner is a nice guy and rooms are clean. When I stayed here the only thing was that the AC and wifi didn't work. But I was there only for a night so I could manage . I'm sure if you're staying longer they will either change your room or get the AC serviced. Would recommend this place .

This is a really nessed up place and the hotel manager is looting people of money in the name of oyo rooms. We went to the hotel after booking it from oyo and the room which the hotel manager gave us was nothing like the picture in oyo. There was no proper lighting, the bathroom seat was broken and was kept in place to fool us, the baathroom door handle came out and was broken, there was no ceiling fan but only a wall fan, no towel, no soap. When we complained this to oyo, the hotel manager started talking rudely and said only this room will be provided to us whether we want to stay or not and lately forced us to leave when we sat in their reception talking to oyo customer care. Don't get fooled like us and beware of this hotel.

Don't ever book in this hotel. They took online payment from us and then kicked us out without refunding the money. Do not even recommend it to anyone. We had a patient with us, and when we further wanted to talk to the manager, he spoke to my companion in a rude tone, came up with a fake name (Suresh Shetty which wasn't his name) and threw us out. Worst experience with the the worst kind of people.

They dont have proper sign board. You have look on the top floor their you will find the oyo sign. Their lift is not working properly. This is a hotel made of plywood on the roof. Located very prime location.
